Had an impressive superior double room, which allowed us to enjoy excellent view of the beach.

Good value hotel, had perfectly pleasant stay.

We were there for 1 day, everything was very good, loved its perfect and magnificent location so close to the seafront at Great Yarmouth opposite the pier and the seaside attractions. The personnel was really helpful, 

Welcoming staffs, gave a few recommendations. Impressive room with an easy check in and exceptionally comfortable beds.

I would stay here again, this place met the criteria. Thank you very much guys for a warm stay which was really good value. The rooms are delightful with lovely beds and smoke detectors.

Views are excellent, hotel is fairly clean. The rooms are fantastic and the staff are exceptionally pleasant. The breakfast is absolutely superb, and the location is stunning right by the seafront, all major facilities and amusements,

The location was excellent between two cafes. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and coffee-making facilities and a balcony in the family room.

Exceptional views of the sea, attentive staff. Very comfy bed and exquisite and new-fashioned room. Lots of food at breakfast, such as coffee, tea, toast, and bacon.

It had marvellous location, not far from the Promenade and residents parking permit sorted by the host for £3 a day.

Make sure you stay in the superior double room with the view of the sea. It has absolutely perfect location to see Joyland.

The rooms where all unique and exquisite with a great view. The location was good there, near the beach. We had lunch in Istanbul Kebab House, placed close by.

The property's location is particularly good, not far from shops nearby as well as the bus station. The family room is airy and exquisite.

The hotel was stylish with hearty breakfasted and a marvellous location on par with being near the seaside. Family king room was gorgeous, the beds were lovely. The best part was the excellent view
